For
the purpose of these terms and conditions, the client is referred
to as ’The Hirer’.
Silver Lady Carriages or Dama De Plata is ‘The Company’.
Telephone or Email bookings are held as provisional for 7 Days.
Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of cleared funds as deposit.
The deposit required for each vehicle is 150 Euros and is non-returnable.
The balance of your reservation will become due, in full, at least
one month before the date of the event.
No service will be provided unless cleared funds have been received
in full.
The company require immediate notification of cancellation of the
event.
Should cancellation take place within eight weeks of the event,
50% of the full balance will be due.
Should cancellation take place within four weeks of the event, the
full balance will be due.
All the company’s vehicles are strictly non-smoking.
All vehicles are maintained to a very high standard, however, in
the unforeseen event of an accident, breakdown, puncture, traffic
delay, or severe weather, the company accepts no liability, nor
responsibility for the consequences of such an occurrence. The company
will undertake the necessary measures to provide alternative service
should the need arise, which may include an alternative vehicle-
All vehicles are cleaned to a very high standard prior to every
event. However, the company can accept no responsibility for clothing
becoming dirtied or damaged. This is particularly relevant during
inclement weather.
The hirer will be responsible for abiding by all the appropriate
traffic laws relating to passengers, such as seat belt wearing.
The Hirer will be responsible for any damage howsoever caused to
vehicles by the hirer or the hirer’s guests.
The company reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions
at any time without prior notice.
On signing a reservation form, the hirer agrees to abide by the
terms and conditions set out above.
